Ratios and Rehearsal
The week began with a bit of ratio and proportion fun. The Grade Threes never ever imagined having a Math lesson on the basketball court but here they are learning about ratio and proportion in real life. 1 to 0, 2 to 0, 3 to 1 and so it continues.
During Unit, the Fiery Foxes continued to work on their individual and group projects. Amongst it all we continued rehearsing for the `Dream On` play.

I was also very proud of some of my students for being risk-takers.
They nominated themselves to be one of the student council member`s for Grade 4.
If we could, we would have voted all of them in, however, only two of them could be the final Grade 4 representatives.
They all gave compelling reasons as to why they would be fit leaders for their grade, and made suggestions on ways to improve their school.
It was a tight race...
